We loved hosting Future Scooters' first ever Summer Showdown competition! Huge thank you to everyone who came down for the day, riders and supporters. It was amazing to see the whole scooter community get together and have a great day.
Watching the sportsmanship between riders at the event demonstrated the power of these kind of events. We had riders from across Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and even as far as Stoke on Trent attend. Although it is an individual sport, all of the riders supported and encouraged everyone to succeed.
The Showdown was a fantastic event and it was so great to see so many young people enjoying themselves. It was also incredible to see the so many members of the community seeing the positive impact skateparks can have.
